SMT-JAX is located at 10275 Centurion Parkway in the Deerwood Business Park of Southside Jacksonville. The Southside area is home to the University of North Florida near Kernan Boulevard, St. Johns Town Center, The Avenues Mall, some of the best river views in northeast Florida, and innovative residential, food, and entertainment options.
DOWNTOWN JACKSONVILLE
Downtown Jacksonville is the historic core and central business district (CBD) of Jacksonville, Florida. From early development in the 1900s to a state-of-the-art NFL stadium, the city's geographic center is along the narrowing point of the St. Johns River. Downtown Jacksonville is one of eight districts in the city.
SAN MARCO
San Marco is a neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida, south of Downtown along the St. Johns River. The neighborhood is primarily residential, with an integrated commercial sector known as San Marco Square,, a lively hub with indie boutiques and casual eateries serving brunch, pizza and ice cream. Chic bistros and trendy bars dot surrounding streets. The neighborhood is also known for its old riverfront mansions.
JACKSONVILLE AREA BEACHES
The city’s main beaches are Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Mayport Beach and Atlantic Beach. They are public and pet friendly, plus they are home to surf shops, fresh seafood restaurants and quaint beach boutiques. BARTRAM PARK
Bartram Park was created around the idea of providing a community where residents are able to work, shop, dine and play-all with minimal commuting.
