AND ENTRY POINTS
To maximize the fan experience at the Credit One Stadium’s primary entry point, we suggest displays that flank Guest Services with content including Match Information System (MIS), Matches In Progress (MIP), practice court updates, and information on purchasing tickets for upcoming tennis events and concerts.
For those arriving on foot or by water taxi at the Wando River entrance, we recommend an LCD screen featuring MIP, featured match, schedule and results at the information desk/security checkpoint.
To welcome guests to the facility, we recommend an LED ticker on the balcony I-beam on the front steps of the main stadium entrance. This not only provides an opportunity for the upcoming match/current match to be displayed to arriving guests, but can also promote products and services of the title sponsor.
An additional LCD/LED display opportunity exists on the I-beam support between the steps leading into the stadium. Again, this location would be paramount in communicating information related to the stadium and event facility to arriving guests.
Information Towers are an eye-catching and impactful enhancement to communicate featured matches, MIP, results, practice courts info or sponsorship logos to fans along the entirety of the facility’s premier footpath. For the 2023 tournament, we recommend additional towers at every major pathway connection.
With live-feed displays in hospitality areas such as the Match Point Bar & Grill, Charleston Collective and The Oaks, spectators and guests can remain connected to tournament live action while enjoying food and beverages.
In keeping with the warmth and charm of the Fan Zone and to create a polished appearance, we suggest dressing the drawboard display with additional greenery/planters and utilizing a 65”/75” LCD for the Center Stage that can display the tournament logo as well as digital content; e.g., recipient of CCTC, MIP, schedule and results, entertainment title/intro (“Tennis with Tracy and Pam”), “Behind the Baseline with Bethanie Mattek-Sands,” local talent, etc.
A bank of LCD screens on the west wall of the Players’ Lounge would keep players and guests informed with content such as MIP, schedule and results, practice courts and CCTV. Another option would be to have a row of LCDs centered above the windows that overlook the stadium court, allowing for an unobstructed view of the court outside.
LEDs have been added to the state-of-the-art Credit One Stadium, creating a nearly immersive experience for players, guests, sponsors and fans. To enhance this digitally mesmerizing and engaging experience, we suggest adding LED ribbons along the terrace level and detailed areas such as the on-court camera wells.
SMT Selfie Stations provide memorable and engaging experiences for guests and fans with digital souvenirs from the Credit One Charleston Open. From “Posing with the Pros” to the AR Photo Booth, our customized Selfie Station is a sponsorable opportunity that captures email addresses for further communications for future events.
